CTR data import info & issues

We now have the CTR data imported into NTT. The posts look good but pics are not showing up. I've removed the CTR forum posts from view as we are going to work on getting this final step accomplished, if we can, and then we'll merge the RTV Owners forum posts together.

We are back and barring any unforseen issues we should be back up for good.

WE have imported the data numerous times, trying to fix some garbage data that is included in some posts, and images etc.

We were able to get some accounts merged. The staff will review the data and make it go live sometime in the not to distant future. Timing will depend on what errors are found, and if they can be fixed.
