I have new RTV 900 very pleased so far 15 hrs. I have seen someone said adjust cables for speed mine runs less than 25 except for downhill. any help appreciated.A couple more MPH would be nice.

Which version did you get? If you have the turf model, I believe the tires are a bit shorter which could change your top speed.
I would also let things break in before making adjustments. Things like the first tranny fluid/filter change may also have a positive impact on performance.
