kubato 2350 test drove used one the lever that controls the pto or the shredder wouldnt engage right away THERE WAS A LOT OF DIRT AND DRIED GRASS UNDER THE TRACTOR it finally worked IS THIS NORMAL thanks grizz

I don't necessarily know if it is normal or not on that tractor, but I'll give my experience from my little New Holland. There will be times I can't get either the Mid-pto or the Rear-pto to engage. I'll usually just bump the hydro pedal a bit to move the tractor just a bit. Then the lever will usually slide right into place. I'm just assuming it is because the gears aren't lined up perfectly. Since you said that one started working after a bit of playing, I'm assuming that is what caused your issue as well.
