OK, Im stumped??? Loader problem

JD 870 with a 440 loader. Was working fine and now it's stuck half way up. It's not locked, it has oil, the controls are trying to move it but it only wiggles...Rolls just fine but wont raise or lower. I have gone over it several times and can not find anything stuck or any kind of lock. I went through the owners manuals and it shows nothing either.
Any ideas?

Unplug and replug your 4 SCV hose connections...then try it again...

I had looked at them and they seemed fine but my buddy walked up and pointed out that one had been knocked loose. Damn stumps anyway....
