Hey Snowman. welcome to Net Tractor Talk. I don't know the answer so I googled and didn't come up with anything useful.

Are you hearing a noise in your PTO when you engage it?

Hello Snowman,

It's hard to explain, the pto drive shaft and the out put shaft are connected by a collar that has to be set just right with the pto clutch. There are multiple discs.

John Deere has a website:

What is yours doing?

Did this just start? Do you have a manual on a 2010?

Of course you most likely know already you will need to pull the rockshaft assembly off. It's heavy as heck!
