I hadn't thought about the filter. I bought the machine used from a dealer and was told it had been fully serviced. Turns out that the hydro trans fluid was way over filled so it could be the same type of thing with the filter Any other possibilities? Thanks for the welcome. Very glad I found...

I have a 2008 RTV 500. With approximately 500 hours. The engine oil light has come on. Both the hydraulic and engine oil are within the acceptable ranges When you press the gas the light gets a little dimmer. Any information on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
