I've done that...it hurts like hell, but I always look around to make sure no one was watching. Then I check out the damage. Glad your ok, could have been bad if you broke something. I'm almost 68 and that is my one big concern. Take care.

Been a while since I've been here, but glad to be back. Had some serious health problems (mersa) that required going to the hospital two hours everyday for 78 days straight for IVs. To finially get it stopped had to have R big toe and part of the bone structure in my foot removed. All healed...
