Massey 65 auxiliary hydraulic question

The operator manual refers to "external auxiliary hydraulic control valve" supplement or manual that was packages with the manual. Does anyone have a source for this? I seem to have all but this one....

I bought the mounting plate and installed it with the radio. I don't think that it is of much use unless you have a really heavy radio to install. Most radios you get now are very light.

No plasma cutter, sure would have been nice to have though. All my cuts were with a angle grinder with a cut off blade. Bends were made by scoring with the grinder and then bending.
