One point I've read about those front spring shackles: They are not a tow point!! Sure you can pull the shackle with a tow vehicle but the Jeep won't come along with it.

Not quite the same but when my smaller Yanmar won't start it's always because I forgot it has a second starter safety switch under the pto lever. The larger Yanmar doesn't have one there.
