    John Deere Company

While posting you may want to consider that, when you continue to state that John Deere stole your tractor, to some of us it appears you tried to steal THEIR tractor by not making payments. Nikahawk made a suggestion you borrow tools from friends. Hopefully you haven't told them the story or...

    3ph implement hookup

If the lower arms hit the tires when trying to open up far enough to connect, is it possible to move the pins to the inside of the frame? I had to do this with a backblade on one of my smaller tractors. OR Is there an adjustment on the sway links you can make to allow the arms to open up...

They must be doing something right!

Dougster, I always found it interesting how much more Deere equipment generally sells for at auction...and how much more you get for used Deere equipment when trading up. More up front cost, but more return down the road. WF

    6415 with wandering rpm

Doc, My guess would be electrical in your situation. If the engines run a constant rpm but the tachs are all over the place, either the tach, the wire, or the pickup is probably bad. After 20 years in a marine environment it would not be surprising for an electronic instrument to have lived...

A couple of pics of my toys

An OLD International 241 Round Baler. Had a bearing go out this fall - now I know why they put fire extinguishers on them - so you don't have to waste all the beer in your cooler putting out the fire!

    6415 with wandering rpm

Sure sounds like it's sucking air somewhere. I have a 6420 and it doesn't vary rpm (thankfully). Hope you can get it figured out - they are too nice of a tractor (re:$$$) to have problems with!

Anyone know what garden tractor with diesel out 2008?

Sure it would. After the first, or maybe the third recall...

Anyone know what garden tractor with diesel out 2008?

Ecological disaster to the bugs too - they could all go blind and/or get cut into many pieces...but only if it's a Kubota. That wouldn't happen if it was a John Deere with a Yanmar diesel in it. :D

Anyone know what garden tractor with diesel out 2008?

No, not at all. If the laser hits a rock it doesn't send the rock flying into windows or the back of you wifes head. Just make sure she is wearing those funny looking red glasses so it doesn't cause her permenant eye damages. 3 operate more efficiently and more importantly, smoother. The...

Anyone know what garden tractor with diesel out 2008?

Doc - Thank You! I think I'll leave my laser mower at home though since I don't have the cord fixed yet. Of course we could always let it just rool into the river and have plenty of walleye for dinner! And to keep this thread on track, a J.D. mower is what I'm looking for. I just can't...

Anyone know what garden tractor with diesel out 2008?

Due to it's nature of using laser to cut, the power requirements are such that the only way you can power it is with a 70KW power supply. Since this is too much to run off the tractors battery, and a generator of sufficient size to operate it would be too big to haul behind a lawn mower size...

Anyone know what garden tractor with diesel out 2008?

"It my job keep this busy instead abandoned john deer forum." Let me help... I should say - I don't know much about the smaller John Deere tractors and/or Yanmar. But then again I don't really know alot about anything that matters...right Doc?:poke: Mark, IMHO a sale price of $10k for a...

Anyone know what garden tractor with diesel out 2008?

Yes Sir! You ought to see that bugger cut when you turn the power supply up too high...Trees, shrubs, flowers - whatever is in the way. What really sucks though is when you run over the power supply cord trailing behind you. Normally it works fine if you mow in a square pattern...it's when...

    Do they still make JD790?

JDF, I noticed the flashers are on the inside of the ROPS in the picture with the loader on it - and the flashers are on the outside of the ROPS in the picture of the folding ROPS. Any special reason? When I had my 4010 the flashers would always catch tree branches when I was mowing around...

    John Deere Moderator Wanted...Apply within

Doc, Thanks! It's certainly great to be back. I can't tell much of where I was and what I was doing, other than to say sand gets in everything in a sand storm. I'm looking forward to getting back onto your tractor forum. Looks like I have a lot of reading to catch up on! TTFN
