    Kubota RTV Parts/Accessories list

Sorry for slow reply. Inverter was a Craigslist find for $90, it is oversized for battery and generator..but I run it far below rated capacity. Wired fuse to battery and ran wire plug for accessibility from rear seat. Use large wire and properly rated plugs. I carry inverter in a waterproof...

Sure glad you're OK.... I get a big kick out of the little icons and images you have at the end of most of your posts.... clever and appropriate.

    Cheapest High Intake Yet.

Wish I could have done the same, but on an 1140 there is very small space to work with.... won't accommodate "found" fittings such as you used.... at least I couldn't find any that worked so went with factory high rise

    Fuel Cap Wrench

I haven't seen any fuel cap leaks. The cap is tight to remove, but not so bad that I need a wrench...yet. I can see how the wrench would be really handy. If my hand strength were some less, I'd certainly need to use such a wrench. I've got several filter wrenches...may put one under the front...

    RTV Oil Change

I'm getting ready to do the 50 hr RTV service. I plan to install Mobil 1 synthetic and run it for about double the recommended change interval. No science behind this interval, just my own idea.

    RTV Oil Change

I use Mobile 1 synthetic in everything I've owned for over 30 years, gas or diesel. I keep all my vehicles until they just quit. I'm using Wix filters now, although haven't always. Amsoil was hard to find when I went looking for it once, thus I stayed with Mobile 1. Have never been disappointed...

    Warning / Watch UR $$$

Dang, guys, I'm getting actually scared now....seems that the probability of this happening re credit card/identity problems is now higher than having stuff stolen or being assaulted/robbed....not a scientific statement/study, just based on how many of you have recent first hand experience with...

    freakin un believable

AB, there's more to this than what's on the surface. Let's just say that everybody's doing the best they can given the cards dealt them and pulling their own weight weight, and more, in their personal life and society. No slackers here, trust me.

    Kubota 7030 not starting...please help!

Well, a heated up battery cable would indicate that there is a high current drain somewhere, thus causing low voltage, which is why it's not turning over with ease. The "snap" sounds like there is a short somewhere.... am sure you've followed the battery/starter cables...not that many...and...

    Warning / Watch UR $$$

Drat!!! That's really scary! Thanks for the post...makes me worry a lot....will put closer eye on my CC charges, although I look monthly, guess I need to watch more often. Today, I got a phone call recording.... claim was that a $50 card was waiting for me because of a recent purchase at...

    flooding

My son, too had a legal situation and I learned several things from this experience: The right to a speedy trial has long been a joke. Lawyers are sloppy in their paperwork and depend on the leniency of the judge/court to ignore this and thus there is no penalty to the sloppy lawyer. In Texas...

    Power Inverter usage

I have a 2500 watt inverter that I've set up for use with my 1140 RTV. Paid $80 including cables off of Craig's List. All info already posted re power draw is correct... if you hook up some BIG power equipment and run it continuously for a good while it likely would cause problems. However...

    rtv highrise air intake

Peanut, my friend, sorry for the bad news. Just know I'm pulling and praying for you all the way. I do hope you'll post from time to time letting us know you're still out there dodging the 'gators and 'skeeters. Know that you've got lots of good friends on NTT who will be doing the same. God...

Congrats on your purchase.... am sure you'll use it daily for years...I know I'm using mine regularly for even more than I ever imagined when thinking about getting it. Have added a few things which have immensely increased its usefulness...see signature. I use H until it "feels" like I'm...

Who upset the weather gods this year?

Night before last, .4 inches and several minutes of marble hail.... hail rare here, rain too... still extreme drought and 102 degrees in Georgetown yesterday...extreme heat for this time of year, typically might not break 100 at all, or wait until July/August... Thinking about it, for years all...
