    RTV900W6 Injection pump stuck

knobe In the gummy picture those are the delivery valve needles showing. I found that brake clean is the only thing to work very well on the biodiesel gum. But it takes alot of rubbing also. Just soaking it in cleaner only softens the goo. Under the delivery valve needles are the seats. if you...

    RTV900W6 Injection pump stuck

Some adjustment issues. But the tranny problems ultimately come from pulling the ramp system (Steep Hills)while over loaded in to high of a gear. Secondly brakes dragging, due to mud and cement building up around the brake lever shaft where it enters the case, and brake cylinders getting sticky...

    RTV900W6 Injection pump stuck

I really don't know!!! I have no reference to one that has not been beat and abused. All I can tell you is some of the problem area's. Like U joints, rear wheel bearing, Shifting and tranny performance problems, cracked heads,, these things are all on top of the list.

    RTV900W6 Injection pump stuck

Everything must go back in the hole they came out of. The hard part is making sure the plungers get put back in timing with the rack and each other.

    RTV900W6 Injection pump stuck

Injection pump problems Gummed up from running 70% Biodiesel, then letting it sit without running it for a long time. They run very well on that high concentration of Bio. But it will do this if left for long periods, also is hell on rubber lines. We have had to clean many of these that were so...

    RTV HST Adjustments

Edit Normal Charge pressure is 75=100psi But the higher you go with it, the longer the pump swash plate stays at full stroke as pressures rise. You don't want to add to many shims, 2 thick ones max. Because the shims and the fully collapsed spring won't let the poppet come out far enough to dump...

    1140 Transmissions

The Mine is 6500 feet deep, accessed by a vertical shaft. The shaft is not big in diameter, but deep. So to ship the Kubotas up and down the shaft they have to be hung vertical, and the roll bars and fenders removed, fluids drained and batts removed. Shaft time is at a premium. Hauling Ore and...

Input shaft of 1140 transmission. This is the 3rd or 4th one that we have seen that completely stripped out the splines. We don't believe it is from a misalignment problem, because they all have worn splines and they wear straight. They just have so much TORQUE. Kubota puts coupling grease on...

    Poor mans Dyno

Talked to a Kubota mech the other day. He just got back from training on the new 1120 transmission. Redesign still hydrostat, but they went with a bigger pump rotating unit, and a variable swash plate motor for range. They did away with the Aux motor. Which is I think is a good thing. I think...

    Poor mans Dyno

Kubota says to test your RTV's pulling power. You take a hydraulic cylinder Part number 755389-63010 and install a gauge in the stem end after filling it with oil. and hooking it with a strap to a tree or big post and pull on the cylinder with your rig in High you should see 600-800 psi on the...

Worn Valve Plates Causing Slow Traveling Speed?

Check the shaft that goes into the brake housing, they get mudded in also. You need to shoot some penatraiting oil in there and maybe some brake kleen then try to blow the muck out with a blow gun, while working it back and forth. The O Ring is only about 3/16" into the housing, groove is on the...
