Depends on how man trees you have. I rented a 3 point mower once and said never again. You have to remember when going around trees the rear mower moves away from the tree and you end up leaving spots. If you have open land then the rear 3 point hitch mount is fine.

A Zero Turn will be the fastest of all and get around trees the best. Yes that means two toys.
