PTO issue John Deere 4120 stops under load

I have a 2005 John Deere 4120 ehydro 600 hours.

When I use an implement (tiller or brush hog), the implant stops spinning under load. Once I lift the implant from the ground it starts spinning again. I have the correct RPM running, engine never bogs down. I don't use this tractor often, and have had it for 10 years, never used to be like this.

Tranmission fluid looks very clean, going to replace the fluid, filter and clean the suction filter. Not sure this will help. Need ides of what could be the cause.

THe filter and screen could be a problem and is a good place to start. If other hydraulic functions are working OK, I doubt that will fix it though. Sounds like you have low pressure to the clutch or clutch could be worn. Low pressure can be caused by a bad solenoid, blown orings on solenoid, blown seals in clutch or worn pump. I would start by pulling solenoid and checking orings. If you have a gauge, you should start by checking the pressure to verify the low pressure.
