Getting a good quality of cut with a mower

It's been so long since I used my RFM (wife won't let me, her chance to use her tractor) that I may have to go set it up just to see if it applies.

It would be awesome if we had a permanent library to store and quick reference search items like this. I can't count the times I've read about people needing help adjusting or setting up the correct mower deck height.

I would wager that it's among the top three complaints from owners and operators who either scalp or experience uneven cuts...

Mowing with a properly set up deck really does make the difference between an OK and a great cut.
