timing 7635

This is my first poston this forum so please bear with me. My injector pump failed this winter so we put on a rebuilt one on. The tractor starts and runs but not like before. If it is cool out it has to be plugged in and then will miss and flutter for alittle bit, It also doesn't have the power it or torque reserve that it did. We think the timing is off just a tad but we are unsure about how to get it right. We have just been using it as it is. It always had good power but now just seems flat.. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jim

Dis you make note of it's timing position when you took it out?
From what I have seen, there is timing marks on the flywheel. And it should be somewhere around 4 degrees before top dead center.
