From an engineers standpoint i have learned from the past it all looks great on paper.But putting things to practical use is a whole different story.Some times I think engineeres sit on their brains and they can do no wrong.If any company was smart they would troll these forums and getting feedback on things they need to improve on or they will be nothing but another business failure.

Mark I worked in the hydro carbon industry for just shy of 40 years; after reading your comment, I couldn't help but think about a saying our maintenance people had for engineers "engineers don't make mistakes they just make revisions". Some thought it was great and created lots of overtime, most were pissed because like our RTV 1100 owners they knew Eng. had dropped the ball. Technicians are super proud of their work and don't like trying to explain engineering screw ups to customers or having to fix their mistakes.
