PTO Powered Lawn Vacuum

I sold my Easy Vac Lawn trailer because it is just not easy to maneuver around trees. I have viewed a factory built unit mounted on a Kubota lawn tractor. No close shots to view how it was mounted. I have a John Deere 4110 with a 540 PTO. Two problems exist, 1. the three point arms lift the mid mounted mower ( mount solution ) 2. the blower I read turns about 3800 RPM to be effective. I think I can gain the speed with a series of three pulleys and short 1" shafts.
With the vacuum a direct mount I won't have to deal with the expanding / contracting hose from the mower. Also I could mount two large garbage cans for collection on a platform back of the vacuum drive.
Has anyone attempted such a project ? I think it would work well if I can overcome a couple engineering problems.

I have such a collector mounted on my tractor, factory fit.

Works ace, wish I bought it years ago! It is a Deere 342T I think.

It is bolted to the back with 3 pins, and has a short little PTO shaft. The impeller is belt driven.
It has a hydraulic opening clamshell to empty it.
