Throttle is Sticky

I know that I have seen this before, but I am too lazy to search for the answer. The throttle on my B7610 us difficult to rotate, even more so than when it was new (it has always been a bit sticky). How can I lubricate it or adjust it so I can smoothly increase the throttle?

Have you put anything on it? Kroil, PB Blaster, Fluid Film?

Not sure on your tractor, but there may be a tension adjustment at the bottom of the shaft. Basically, just loosen the bolt.

I cleaned and re-lubed all my linkages this year and it made a huge difference. I recommend cleaning everything with a good degreaser and then giving it a good lube with your preferred lubricants.
