Title of this forum in Google

Just a little quirk here

The info that Google is showing for NTT in it's listings have very little correspondence to what the site is actually about.

IE. Saying '[SIZE=-1]This is a discussion forum powered by vBulletin. To find out about vBulletin, go to http://www.vbulletin.com/ .'

Just thinking we might get more views if this was a bit more informative.


Also, trying this site against Googles website tools shows that there are not very many links out about this site. We need to spread the word more!

Oh man, what an oversight on my part. I missed that in my VB setup.

Google should get round to finding it sometime today or tonight. Normally takes about 24 - 48 hours for them to re index it depending on how busy the site is.

I noticed a lot of the Yahoo Slurp! spiders going round here last night. Yahoo seem to send out lots of them to one forum. You need to be careful with them because as this site grows they will just send out more spiders and can really slow it down.

To check the links you just go to Google and type in link:[url]www.sitename.com[/url] (Without the bit) Typing in this websites addr...on at the bottom of the first page on google!
