Default Kioti DK40CHST 3PH and Draft control

Hello All,
My name is Rich and I am new to your forum. I have a question about the 3
point hitch position and draft control levers. If I have the position control lever
all the way down and I raise up the draft control lever my lower arms lift up.
Is this proper or how they all work? This is without any attachment on the tractor. Please reply. Thank you.

Hi Rich. I have a Kioti dk40se. There is a knob to adjust the speed in which the lift arms move. It's right there behind the backside of my leg on my tractor. It has a rabbit and turtle to indicate speed. As far as the draft arms, mine are an aggravation too. it seems I don't use them enough to remember how to work them.. I will try to get it out this week and see about them. One lever is supposed to be for limiting depth and the other is for raising. I think..
