I just wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions. These were all very helpful. With the help of my good friend Greg, we did a bunch of research and looking around. I originally started this whole process by looking at the BX25 over a year ago.

I compared the subcompact with the compact series tractors. I ended up going with a Kioti CK27 with a Woods BH70 backhoe, pull behind finish mower and box blade. For only a couple thousand more I got a whole lot more tractor. My new toy is supposed to be delivered on May 21st. I can’t wait.

Again, thank you all for your comments and suggestions.

Brett

I'm gonna get blamed for persuading you towards a Kioti BUT please make sure "D" gets some of the credit.

Hands down the BX wins in it's class. We looked at a bunch of them and in my opinion (and it didn't take long to decide after looking) it out shines any of the many we looked at!

I'm pretty sure that re-considering the projects he has around his home, the terrain, and Leslie's plans he came away knowing he needed a larger tractor, not to mention him asking a bunch of questions.

We all know the majority of the time bigger is better when it comes to tractors, garages, and

BTW ........ What size hoe bucket did you get? *hope it's one I can borrow*

Yes...Darren "D" gets credit as well.

Good point, when it comes to the subcompact class the BX25 was alone at the top. If this is the size for you I would highly recommend the BX25 for a TLB.

I made the decision on the CK to go with the larger size tractor for what all I need to do.

I got the 12" bucket. What sizes are yours?

Brett

I left his house at 6PM this evening, about the same time he started it for the first time yesterday. He has over 12 hours on it ......................

Yep, 12 hours and I love it! Great machine.

I love the Woods backhoe. No problems digging at all, even with all the rock around here.

Too bad I have to work today, but I will still get a few hours on it today.
