How about posting the result tomorrow about this time so that everyone has 24 hours to take their guess.

Cool little floor jack stand you have there. :thumb:

WHAT DID YOU DO?

Did you paint the top of the concrete?

That will make everyone's guess off by at least an ounce :yankchain:

No Jim, I didnt paint it. I had an old rubber car floor mat that just about fit perfect... Just goes to show, if you dont throw stuff away, you WILL find a purpose for it sometime!!

I'd like to think its around 70kg (150lbs), I must weigh it properly over the weekend.

Wow quincy, you were right on. Rep points for you and Erick for being closest.

Who else has something we could guess the weight of? :D

thanks, guys!
but actually think Quincy should have gotten the rep points - his original guess of 150 pounds was closer than mine. (even if he did have the advantage of knowing what all went into the project...)

rep points to Quincy!

Awww guys, theres too much modesty here on NTT!

I figured I had too much "inside information" to make my guess valid in this little competition!

I did the math on this one and unbelievably, I got it right! (Or close as be damned anyway!)
