Wow - just found this site- looks like alot of information..
I have a Massey 65 just bought last fall.
I now have it repainted and wil not steer to the right. At first I was having fluid come out of the top of the tank wiht the lid on - like too much pressure. I have the front end up and it appears like the spool vlave ontop of steering cylinder in picture is not moving.
Can someone explain the function of this spool valve and should i tak it apart?
There are no leaks, only from top of lid sometimes.
See picture- I have stick pointing to what I think is the problem.
FYI... If i recall- while driving this around the few times since I bought it the steering would come and go- now no power to right only.
