Windsheild wiper fell off ??

My windshield wiper fell off yesterday,its the screw that attaches it to the arm itself.I fixed it with a new screw and nut,lock washerand some locktite.Has anyone had this problem?coobie.[:'(]

Oops. that doesn't sound good.

I haven't had the problem since my wiper is one of those handheld squeegy/scrapers. [:$]
