BX2230 FEL question

I know it's not recommended to leave the FEL or 3 point hitch in the raised position when the tractor is shutdown. Just for the heck of it I left everything raised with the tractor shutdown. I noticed the FEL seeped down about an inch in a hour. Is this normal or is there something I should be checking? I don't see any leaks anywhere.

Thanks

Normal. Hydraulics can leak past the seals, no cause for worry. If it becomes excessive, a rebuild of the problem part, cylinders or valve is in order.

There may be a leaking o-ring in the valve, but an inch an hour is not bad.

Thanks much for the info. Don't know why I didn't think of internal leaks??? Duh me... Anyone know where I can download a parts PDF for my LA-211-1 FEL? I found one for my tractor.

I'll keep an eye on things.
