Question tc25d more power

does anyone know the difference between a tc25d and tc29d look the same in owners man.ie same weight and size engine just 4 hp more wondering if i can modify fuel pump and get same hp 2001 model

I for one would sure be surprised if it was that simple to gain the HP. Interesting question though.
