Looking at purchasing a '06 B7800 Kubota w loader..no other implements, 800 hours...seller says neither PTO has been used much if at all with his use..is $12,500 a good price? What sort of wear problems, etc should I be looking for? Thanks in advance...

Price appears to be in the ballpark, maybe little high. He might have just planned in a little bartering space so you can get it below 12k.
These are good tractors. 800 hours is barely broke in. Especially if the PTO's have hardly been used.

Questions I would ask: Did he buy it new. If not how long has he had it.
Who did the 400 hour service? Owner or Kubota shop? How often did he change the oil and what kind of oil does he use?

Is this a Hydraulic tranny? If so you want to be sure it has Kubota's Super UDT hydro oil in it. Anything else will impact performance. Kubotas can be picky, but worth it.

If it has been stored inside it's whole life that sure helps keep the price up where he has it. Good luck.

I'd test the rear and mid PTO to make sure they're working.
