DK45 front wheel question

I have a DK45HSE (2007). The front wheels are held in place with 4 16mm bolts and 2 studs. On this particular tractor there is a steel spacer plate, about 1.5" thick that gets sandwiched between the wheel and the axle. This plate only shows up occassionally in the Kioti parts manual and I'm having a difficult time finding the correct length lug bolts and studs as everyone is trying to sell me shorter ones as apparently most 45's don't have this spacer plate. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have a part number for the longer bolts and studs?
