High Mount Air Cleaner Kit

<P align=left>Kubota is pleased to announce the introduction of the V4271 High Mount Air Cleaner Kit for ALL RTV900 ROPS models and the V4272 High Mount Air Cleaner Kit for ALL cab models. </P>
<P align=left>The V4271 and V4272 kits include all necessary hardware to convert any RTV900 ROPS or CAB unit with a standard mount air cleaner to a high mount air cleaner. The V4271 kit now comes standard on all RTV900T5T2 and RTV900T5H models. </P>
<P align=left>When installing a cab on the current RTV900T5T2 and RTV900T5 models the V4273 Conversion Kit is required. The V4273 conversion kit includes all necessary hardware to convert a ROPS-style high mount air cleaner to a CAB-style high mount air cleaner. </P>

If I'm reading this correctly, for my camo RTV with the factory soft cab I will need the V4272 and V4273? Also I assume by installing this setup I could travel through deeper water without possible engine damage? Do you have any pics of an RTV with the setup? Thanks.</P>

I too would like to see pics.

Fred - I've run mine in muck (not water... nice thick mud) clear up to the seat cushion but the air filter stayed clean. I don't think it's recommended but I did it anyway. Won't do it again as it took 2 weeks of cleaning to get all the mud and rocks out of the nooks and cranny's.
What is the practical limit as to water depth?

Hey Neal, send us some PICS!!!!! I've got the soft cab enclosure, if you get a pic of that setup I might have to just buy one. I've always been worried about sucking in water by going in too deep.</P>

I too am interested but I have so much "stuff" on the back of my ROPS, I don't know if I can get it in.
