My hydraulics have no pressure at an idle. I need to rev it up to about 1/4 throttle even to lift the mower or loader...is this normal?

Westy, welcome to the Forum! :tiphat:

I think that is normal. We have a 2350 and a newer 2660 doing the same.

Sometimes air will get into any hyd line, simple to bleed - raise or lower the bucket where the relief valve will kick in, hold for a few seconds you should hear it squeal ☺

Mine does it to. Never seen one that doesn't. So yes that's normal. All the small compact tractor do this as does my zero turn. Pump just needs more rpm is all. At idle just does not have it like the bigger stuff.
