Good replacement for a B7100HST?

Hi folks,

I'm new to this site - looks cool.

I've got a 15 acre property in the Santa Cruz mountains, lots of tippy terrain. For the larger problems I have a B21 and the property came with an ancient (but running) B7100HST. The B7100 seems a bit tired (like the PTO doesn't want to lift until you work the loader a bit, any idea what causes that?) and it has ~3500 hours. You can see it here:

I put it up for sale a while ago at $5K and had a zillion people offer me $4K for it so it still has some value.

I'd like to get a newer tractor in a similar size / config. I'll be using the PTO for chipping and the loader for, um, loading. I need something in that 4 foot wide config, and ideally it would have a really low center of gravity, we've got crazy hills.

I've been told to stay away from the tractors with short PTO arms because I'll have to shorten the connector compared with putting it on the B21. That is once nice thing about that B7100, it seems like it is a "real" tractor, implements fit on it just like on the bigger B21, B7800, etc.

Ideas? And thanks!
