The engine is now rebuilt, but the mechanic messed with the injector pump instead of simply removing it. The pump is going to the injection service shop today. More $$$. I should have done the job myself!

I learned, by my third injection pump, I have no business attempting diagnoses and disassembly. Their ‘insides’ are as complicated as a Swiss Watch.
