2013 RTV 900 Winch mounting kit.

I got my winch and installed it today, there was a note in the instructions to remove the bottom tie bolt and retain it for future winch service, I couldn't find any bolt on the winch and there wasn't a detail on it in the instruction booklet. Does anyone know what that is all about?

I noticed the same item when I did my install and my 'tie bolt' was on the winch, it was an 1/8" by 3" bolt and my guess is that you would use this bolt as an attachment point for the rope so it wouldn't want to uncurl during any type of 'future winch service'.
