Crazy how one looses things on bikes.
Back when they had only the three wheel Honda ATC 90's. I was riding down the gravel road behind the house. The neighbors had a big dog that
loved to run at me. And one beautiful evening, here he comes. I was bare
footed and kicked at the dog. Yep, he took off the little toe. Ripped it smooth away from the foot. Only thing holding it on was the piece of skin
close to the heal. They installed it back on with pins, wire, and sticthes.
But it's just there for show. Hangs material when one goes to install socks.
Now, after all them years. Figured out what to blame on that incident.
The weather. Yep, the weather. To pretty to put boots on that evening
and ride.
