The radiator on one of the tractors has several cracks in the top of the radiator, above the water line. At some point its been bashed on top.
It doesn't leak coolant, but it doesn't build pressure.
Just wondering how feasible it is to braze, tig weld, or solder the cracks up. I think its possibly brass, but maybe steel.
New radiator is about £120, which seems pretty reasonable to me. But I'd rather spend the money elsewhere.
Any thoughts?
