4440 problems

I have a 4440 quad range. It started out overheating so I changed everything and went thru the radiator, water pump, head, thermostats, hoses, belts. Literally everything but still clumps up to 220 deg. I also started hearing a noise in the pto area. It's a whining not high pitch. Can this cause my tractor to overheat? And what could it be?

Check to see if the radiator is leaking or seeping along the top or bottom metal ends or caps. We had to replace the radiator one time because solder holding it together broke from vibration. The pto could be either the pto clutch starting to go or tyranny needs an oil change maybe. Hope this helps
