If those are the style doors you want, why not have a local metal shop fabricate them. Locally Ackerman Brothers wouldn't have any problem with them.
In fact, if you can weld, they could be a nice weekend project. Buy the tubing and sheet metal then cut and weld the frame. Cut out the sheet metal and if want the stiffing bends, clamp the metal between two pieces of angle iron and add them.

If you decide to fabricate this type door for your kubota I suggest you try to purchase door latches from pro armor or one of the many door makers for rzrs. Latch was part that kept improving on later models.
