Winch hole pattern question.

Is the hole pattern for the placement of the winch in the front of the Kubota for a Warn winch?

Any comments on the Gorilla winch?

I'm not positive but I think most of the smaller atv winches, say #1500 - #3000 lb models all have the same hole pattern. I mounted a #3000 lb ramsey and it fit the holes perfectly if thats any help. JDH1

I went ahead and installed a winch mounting plate on mine, for reason I didn't want to stand on my head in the mud to get to the winch up in the RTV. Mounting it without a plate is ok, but in my situations, I didn't want to have to hunt for my winch in that hole ~~~~
