Default John Deere 4630 transmission

Looking for help, we have an opportunity to buy a 4630 with a bad transmission, it's a quad range, we have at the farm a good used quad range out of a 4430, wondering if anyone out there knows if they would be the same transmission? And if we could put the 4430 transmission in the 4630, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately the 4630 is a larger framed tractor. The 4430 transmission will not bolt up and I don't think any of the gears inside are the same either.

WHat is bad about the 4630 transmission? It should be able to be rebuilt although it can get very expensive.
