2008 L3400 Gear Model Grinding

I Got a new L3400 Gear Model and the tranny grinds alot especially when you got it reved with the bush hog running you cant use the shuttle with out grinding it anybody else have this problem

You have to come to a complete stop to shift it. Kubota calls this a shuttle shift, but it is NOT as you have to stop to shift it.
