Just thought a few of you might have or be interested in Lanz Bulldog tractors?
Recently I came across some literature on how to identify the year and model of a Lanz tractor.
It was in German, but with the help of the google translator I manage to change a lot of it into English.
Then posted it on my website http://www.tractor-manuals-downunder.com
Where I have a go at putting up information on various tractors that were in common use in Australia over the period 1940-80.
I dont know about the USA or Canada! But here in Oz Lanz Bulldogs were always referred to by letter as an example the "L" the "P" and the "N" were common, but in Europe the same were referred to with numbers and letters.
One tractor I had a lot to do with in my youth 1954 was a Lanz "Q" series
Was a petrol start and I think rated at 55hp. This "Q" series or model is not mentioned in the aforesaid literature.
