I have a yanmar front loader on my 186D. The joy stick went bad. Where can I find the correct one for my loader/bucket?

Welcome to the forum.
Can you elaborate on "went bad"? Quite often, it just needs a rebuild using simple things like O-rings.
What year is your tractor?

Do an internet search for Yanmar 186D Cyclic control valve (or cyclic control block).
CONFIRM! But this may fit.

Did you try your dealer or Yanmar parts online? https://www.buyyanmar.com/

Yanmar made compact tractors for John Deere (that's why I asked what year yours is). This may make it easier to find parts. I'd like you to dig a bit deeper but this may get you close:
Here's high-level specs on your tractor.
Here's what I "think" is the John Deere version of your tractor.

With that, go to John Deere parts: https://partscatalog.deere.com/jdrc/
Enter 650 in the search and select the compact tractor (not the china version).
Navigate through to the hydraulic system.
You can then see each part, it's part #...

Another thought.
If/when you do find the complete unit, be sitting down when you see the price. That's why I mentioned the re-build which will be a lot cheaper.
If you do rebuild, be advised:
Keep track of each line coming in. Don't want to get them swapped when you put it back together.
There's springs in there. Be careful they don't go flying out.

The problem is the bucket gets stuck in the down position. I have to take it apart and bump it with a small hammer to break the cylinder loose. I can use it for a while but it locks up more frequently

Wow, have you checked to see if your cylinder rod is bent or if the hydraulic fluid is bypassing the inner seals?

The joy stick is ok. The bucket up and down side is hanging up. I have the joy stick off and am operating it by pushing and pulling by hand. Trying to get a job finished. It does stick once in awhile. For now if I tap it with a plastic hammer it frees up.
