    X1100C muffler bracket

My 2014 X900 had the transmission flange at the muffler bracket break and it took some argument to get them to cover under warranty. I had had it for several months and plenty of the warranty was left. At first they said someone must have stepped on the tailpipe!

    Climate Control X 1100C

I did not see any residue, but there may have been something. It was not going to come off without. a puller. Anti-seize is on it now!

    X1100C muffler bracket

FYI - I just found my muffler rattling badly and upon investigation I found the two bolts that hold the muffler bracket to the transmission missing. I had heard a funny rattle while driving, but the minute I stopped moving to investigate it would stop. I suspected the muffler but it seemed...

    Front mud flaps

A few years ago posted about what I have done with mud flaps for my X1100C. Try this link: https://www.nettractortalk.com/forums/threads/mud-flaps-for-x1100c.19066/

    Climate Control X 1100C

It has been a while, but I have finally found the issue with the mode control - the cable got a kink in it at the control knob and when I tried to straighten it the cable broke. A new one is coming. The biggest problem with this issue was getting the steering wheel off! I drove it for almost...

    Climate Control X 1100C

The hub is plastic with a metal splined insert. I've soaked it in penetrant and driven it for many days with the nut loose. I have yet to figure out how to use a puller on it as it is plastic and odd shaped. The "skirt" that hides the tilt mechanism makes it impossible to hit the hub from...

    Climate Control X 1100C

Interesting - After trying to figure out what has gone wrong, I found the recirculating/fresh air slide would also not move. This time I found the cable housing clamp not attached at the slide end. I snapped it back in place and it works fine now. I suspect that is what is wrong with the vent...

    Climate Control X 1100C

Thank you very much - This confirms I was right in thinking I have to remove the steering wheel. The item you circled looks to me like it is the blend door and above that is the vent control, but in any case I need to remove the entire upper dash piece and that remains a problem. I really...

    Climate Control X 1100C

Thank you Smilingreen. Nice photos! I don't know how my cable would have been compromised as nothing has happened or changed recently. I tried to get to the actuator but so far haven't had success. I can get to the temp actuator but have not been able to get up to the directional actuator...

    Climate Control X 1100C

I have a problem with my 2021 RTV X1100C climate control selector. It is stuck on the upper vent mode. No matter how I turn the knob the air does not come out the defrost or floor vents. The knob does move, and it seems to have tension on it, but it certainly is not functioning. I removed...

    RTV 1100C PTO-driven wood chipper

Great idea. I have the Woodlands WC68 on my Kubota B7800 and it is amazing. As long as the RTV pto hp is similar it shoukd work fine.

How many miles do you have on your RTV?

My RTV X1100C was delivered new in December of 2021 and as of today it has 1049 hours and 7,080 miles. It is a workhorse!

Glow Plug Relay and Fuse Location

According to what I know from studying the electric diagram, the glow plugs are directly wired to the starter switch - direct from switch to glow plug. The glow lamp is off that circuit with a 5amp fuse. I don't see a fuse or relay related to the glow plugs themselves. You should be able to...

    Cabin heater issue

This sounds like same problem I had with the driver door latch on my X1100C! The pull rod had a very small push-on clip that was supposed to keep the rod in place. I couldn't find in because it is so small. I ordered one to see what it looks like - no wonder it didn't last - it is tiny. I...

    Door latch on X1100C

No - If I had more time I would have tried, but I needed to get back to plowing! Taking pictures inside the door panel would have been difficult as it is really tight in there. The parts diagram for the mechanism shows the parts.
