ok so im working on a MF 4253 tractor, and it shuts downs at high RPM, Also the tractor wouldn't shutdown when you turned the key off, we picked some tiny rubber pieces out of the the solenoid hole in the fuel pump and we put the solenoid back, and that fixed the problem of it not shutting down...
