There is nothing jamming the steering

New to me kubota rtv x1140. It will only turn to the right. Steering is almost impossible to turn to the left. I lifted the front end off the ground and tried it which made no difference. Is the steering controller garbage or something else going on?

Got an old rtv900 I'm trying to figure out. Works perfect when the oil is cold, but after driving a mile, it slows down and finally will not move at all. Wait for the oil to cool down and it runs perfect again. Anyone run into this issue?

The crankshaft is splined. The front pulley is timed to the crankshaft. When it was put on last, the mechanic clearly did not know this and did not install it correctly.

Solved! Seems that the previous owner had removed the crank pulley and installed in out of time. Corrected that and it runs nice and smooth.

Idle rpm is set correctly. I have several other of these machines and this is the only one that I've had this issue with.

I drained the oil to check the rubber hoses going up to the suction filter. Unfortunately they are fine. Not sure where to look next. Don't want the pull the tranny apart to check the charge pump unless I'm sure that's where the problem lies.

The charge relief valve is just a simple little spring. It's not broken. Just to be sure I replaced it with another one I had and no change. Oil is good and filters are new

Plugged a pressure gauge into the charge pressure port. I'm only getting 20psi. Checked the charge relief spring like the manual says. Looks fine. Now what?

New to me rtv 900. When I got it it would barely move under full throttle. Figured it wes the wear plates on the hst motors. Replaced them, now I get no movement at all. Even tried switching another complete valve plate. Hst motors were all in good shape. Changed the trans filters as well...
