Update on the issue... the main belt (the one for the alternator, fan, etc.) was very loose. I did tight it and it fixed all issues!

No sound when the engine is off. I'll try to tighten the fan belt since I replaced it this past summer.

@aurthuritis Thanks for your response. The fan is in contact with nothing and regarding the driveshaft/PTO, no noise is coming from it...

@rbarger Unfortunately no - the steering was not moving when I took the video. Also, that noise was not present in the past few years...
