Welcome to the forum. The new bevel gears should improve shifting after break in period. Normal brake pressure is enough to open the relief valve. The dealer should have the cable adjusted but after a while the cable may stretch and need readjustment. It takes about two seconds for the...
I agree Aurthuritis that gear bind is also part of the problem. Removing the pin helps you catch that sweet spot when everything is in balance for a quick shift.
To answer 20lewesadan question no it does not effect the low and high shifting. where removing the pin helps is shifting between forward and reverse. As you come to a complete stop it allows you to quickly move the lever between forward and reverse before pressure builds back up in the trans...
They may have not understood your terminology. The new model is referred to as just RTV X .....There is no longer a x1100c made. Maybe try again. Good luck.

unfortunately for you all the new updates and options are on the 2024 models but yours is still a great machine that will get a little easier to shift with more hours. You will learn techniques for shifting such as throttle blip and keeping the pressure relief cable adjusted right. Removing the...
This mod is one of the best improvements I have made to my x900. As a side note it is my understanding that the hew models will have an updated transmission with bevel gears that will make them shift more smoothly with less effort. Maybe kabota finally fixed my only complaint with the...
Yes ....those are the bolts where the cross bar mounts. The base of my windshield is straight . Yours is curved as your dealer said. Maybe you could use longer bolts with spacers to clear the curvature?
Something like this may be an option. Use your front hitch. Thinking out side the box you could make a bracket to clamp on the top of the front bumper and face the rack toward the windshield over the hood with a quick release pin to remove for under hood access . Actually I kind of like that...
