Thank you for the advice will have my wife turn the auger as I attempt to get alignment you have to lay on the garage floor and position your body between snow blower and front tire and try to get both hands in 9 inch space to apply forward movement and compress the pull back ring 🤬

Thanks for the come back , yes this issue has popped up every snow season , everything is clean well lubed ( what set screws) after actually struggling seems like forever give up and retry later after temper calms down🤪 hard to get both hands in the space available to pull back ring and align...

Does anyone have difficulty in attaching shaft from blower to tractor spline ( front) help!

Attaching shaft from blower to tractor ( front) has me stumped after hours of laying on floor attempting to connect it to the spline ,I know the procedure pull back spring loaded quick connect and slide on spline I must be missing something , friends also had problems with this is there a trick
