Just bought my 4540 new recently so I have never replaced my switch but looking at the switch it looks like it just backs when you turn it left handed. A threaded switch.

Is it a power steering noise because of the added weight on the front?

You might check them both the other one looks like it has slight bend also. Easily straightened on a 20 ton shop press. I have done several.

One thing your lower lift arm is bent on your tractor. Needs to be taken off and straightened.

The meaning was your 2 yr bumper to bumper has expired. I should of said was covered.

That is most likely covered under the 2 year bumper to bumper. Sounds like loss of voltage to the fuel control/ shut off.

How many hours on your tractor. I hope this not a common problem because I just bought a new 4540.

I didn't put a coast valve in my X900. After I got use to it I wouldn't change anything. My property is hilly and sometimes I forget that I even have brakes.

When I replaced the head on the 2005 I rechecked the bolts and found only one that needed additional torque. I thought I may have not torqued it right the first time. Pays to double check.
